The scheme is for 14no. houses and we are in the very early stages of the development. The scheme is currently in for Planning Approval, which we expect will be successful. Again, we've had to overcome a few obstacles because the site is not level. However, we have managed to design a scheme that is deliverable.

It`s early days yet and there`s still a long way to go.
