Description
Regeneration and Urban renewal are currently issues in the public eye, and we`ve never been afraid to offer up suggestions and design ideas for consideration, when it comes to improving the town centre landscape.
The design idea focused on here was for a new Arena, a centre for Culture, a Hotel and all the associated retail and licensed outlets around it. It presented us with an opportunity to stretch our thinking and offer, as part of a discussion, new and enticing ideas to attract both inward investment and economic growth into an otherwise dilapidated town centre. It was part of an overall development strategy that essentially struggled under mounting global pressures at the time the ideas were envisaged and imagined.
